The srcipt Download Manager (by Mesut Tunga) is a File Manipulation script (web based file management).
This is a raelly simple download manager. It supports logging file donwloads on both a MySql database and a flat file.
This script includes no mysql otpion (a flat file option) for those without MySQL access. The script featrues saving your files to download and logging downloaders real ip (even they use proxy), script id, download date and time.
